Anna Bell I am sorry I missed your funeral I just saw that you passed away today as I looked for one of Mom's friends on this web page, you know how much I love you. You took us in when my father took my brother and left my mother and I on the streets of Rock Island. Anna Bell you became like a second mother to me and I will always remember that you took me to church at Edgewood Baptist Church on the bus and that is when I asked Jesus into my heart. I am serving the Lord to this day. I will see you in Heaven some day I know the last time I saw you you did not remember me but you had my boyhood pictures in a drawer and I will keep your picture's with me forever. God bless you Anna Bell you will be in my heart and soul forever, I will tell Mom of your passing soon. I love you.

Annabeth McDonough was loved by our family. My mother is her sister and now they are joined in heaven and are celebrating! She will forever be in my heart. During the years, she visited us often, sharing our grief when my young 19-year old brother died in an automobile accident. She spent time with us, crying with us, hugging us and being an awesome comfort during our time of grief. There were 5 of us and she taught us to be fair with each other--"Even Steven", she always said. She was a ray of sunshine (always), even though her own circumstances were not always the best. I love you, Aunt Anna! Watch over me and my family with my mom and be my "Guardian Angel"!!
