Hello my name is Lieutenant Joseph Duran I work for the Rock Island Fire Department. And just wanted to extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Phillip Kennedy. We assisted Phillip over the past few years and it was privileged have met him. We appreciated and give thanks for his service to our country. Phillip and his family are very kind and thoughtful. Again our deepest sympathy to the family.
