I'm very sorry to hear of Kenny's passing on, and sorry I am unable to attend in person to convey my condolence's. I worked with Kenny on the Milan PD in the late seventies, and was appreciative of his friendliness & his willingness to "show me the ropes" of being a police officer. He and I worked a lot together and I was and am proud that we were friends. He was a truly good man & will be missed. Again, my condolences to all the Wales family.
