Rachelle was born on July 29, 1980 in Rock Island, a daughter of Kenneth and Eileen Reynolds Moseley. She graduated from Rockridge High School in 1998 and Black Hawk College Physical Therapy Program in 2001. Rachelle married her high school sweetheart Matthew Brown on May 5, 2001 at First Evangelical Free Church in Moline. She worked for UnityPoint Health as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 17 years, most recently at Unity Point at Home. Rachelle attended First Free Evangelical Church, Moline.

Rachelle loved spending time with her family, photography, softball, volleyball, scrapbooking, decorating her home, camping, and attending the kid’s activities. Most of all she was the most loving, humble, supportive wife and mother. She never sought attention for herself and showed all who knew her how to be a humble Christ follower. She always put others needs ahead of her own even in her last days when she needed the most help. We love you Momma and can’t wait to see you again! The family has been awestricken and humbled by the love and support given by so many people. A very special thank you to some specific people who have and will continue to help care for & nurture her and the family through this most difficult time. Her mom (Eileen), mother-in-law (Dawn), father-in-law (Jeff), Scott and Kelly Ryckeghem, our First Free Family, coworkers at UnityPoint, coworkers at HNI, the Rockridge Community, Dr. Constantinou and the awesome nurses at Hemotology and Oncology Care, nurses and staff on 4th/South at Trinity West, and so many, many others.
