I am so very sorry to hear about Bob. He was such a great guy - really one of a kind. I have so many wonderful memories of you both and the "kids" from days gone by. My kids do too. We sure had some fun times. Oh, the memories - the concerts, especially. Bob sure loved music. He was always so honest and straight forward. I can only imagine your grief. Linda. With great sadness for you and family as,I read about Bob's passing.
I no longer live in Iowa but do check this part of hometown newspaper by computer.
I remember so vividly the intense love you had for Bob. You two were "crazy" in love!
How great to see you enjoyed 50 plus years of marriage.
If I remember Bob correctly he did enjoy the out of doors. I have the term "a man's man". in mind when I see him as the young and handsome man of his youth. Tough/strong and good also.
You two made a,terrific family life for you both.
Hope time will help to heal his loss.
