| Louis C. Esterlein, 74 a resident of Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley, died Sunday at the home. Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Rock Island National Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Those wishing to attend the service should meet at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island by 12:00 p.m. Military honors will be given by Moline American Legion #246.
Louis was born August 5, 1933 in Chicago, the son of Walter and Cora Seiner Esterlein. He married Edna Barcus in 1970, she died August 19, 2005. He worked for Ametek, East Moline and was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moline.
He is survived by, brothers and spouses, Robert and Lois Esterlein, Bagley, WI, Walter and Sandy Esterlein, Coquille, OR.
