| Katherine “Katie” Pedigo, 25 of Moline died Sunday, April 20, 2008 at her residence. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to Quad City Animal Welfare Center, Milan.
Katie was born November 24, 1982 in Rock Island, the daughter of Steven Pedigo and Mary England Pedigo. She graduated from Rock Island High School, and worked for Davenport Oscar Mayer Company.
Along with being an accomplished artist, Katie loved singing, reading and watching wildlife. She loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her father, Steven Pedigo, Davenport, mother, Mary Pedigo, Rock Island; sisters, Amanda Coulter and Angela Dooley both of Rock Island; maternal grandmother, Martha England, Rock Island; paternal grandparents, William and Anne Pedigo, LeClaire, IA; niece, Torianna Davis; nephew, Mayson Davis, along with aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded by her grandfather, Clinton England, and aunt Susan Stevens.
