| Annette D. Vaughn, 49, of Rock Island, died Tuesday January 13, 2009 at Rock Island Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Rock Island, formerly RiverPark Health Care Center.
Services will be 11:00a.m., Friday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Annette was born on March 20, 1959 in Lafayette, TN, the daughter of Billy J. and Gladys Hagan Vaughn. She was raised and educated in Rock Island, graduating from Rock Island High School in 1977.
She had been employed by the Rock Island Arsenal for 20 years.
Annette enjoyed were spending time with her family and pets.
Survivors include her parents, Billy and Gladys Vaughn, Rock Island; sisters, Barbara and Bob Widener, Milan, Doris Vaughn, Rock Island; brother, Paul and
Connie Vaughn, Rock Island; nieces and nephews, Denise Emmert, Tonya Widener, Chad Widener, Justin Vaughn and Lindsey Vaughn.
