| Anthony E. “Tony” Goswick, 55, of Reynolds, passed away Friday December 25, 2009 at his home surrounded by his family.
His wishes were to be cremated. A memorial visitation will be held 4:00-8:00p.m., Tuesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 810 W. Edgington St., Reynolds. Private inurnment will be at a later date in Reynolds Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.
Tony was born October 9, 1954 in Moline, the son of Charles and Madelyn (Rigley) Goswick. He married Teresa (Ochsner) Allison on November 5, 2009.
Mr. Goswick had been employed by Xpac, Milan as a forklift driver. He later was a carrier for the Rock Island Argus newspaper.
He loved spending time with his family and friends. His enjoyments included watching NHRA, Chicago Bears and playing softball.
Survivors include his wife Teresa; children and spouses, Zach(Lisa) Goswick, Jamesville, WI, Tony(Morgan) Goswick, Stockton, IL, Nick(Etta) Goswick, Reynolds, Justin(Monica) Goswick, Rock Island, Lindsey(Jake) Goswick, Moline, Evan and Grace Goswick, Reynolds; step children, Rebecca(Brad) Kline, Rapid City, James(Minda) Roggenbauer, Moline, Brady(Jess) Allison, Aviano, Italy; 16 grandchildren; brother, Jesse(Debbie) Goswick, Rock Island, father and mother in law, Robert and Grace Ochsner, Reynolds; brother in laws, Todd Ochsner, Milan and Guy Odem, Orange Park, FL.
Mr. Goswick was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jean Odem.
