| Emily Marvin, 71, Moline died, Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Trinity Medical Center,
Rock Island. Services for Mrs. Marvin will be 1 pm Tuesday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030 – 7th Avenue, Rock Island. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11 am until the time
of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials
may be made to the family.
Emily was born October 29, 1938 in Chicago, the daughter of Daniel Zagorac and Sarah
Peinovich Zagorac. She married Ralph Marvin on September 23, 1972 in Moline. Mrs.
Marvin was a homemaker. She enjoyed puzzles, games, cooking, reading scripture and
spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph; sons and their spouses, Bob and Sally Fasick, Madison,
Wisconsin, Matt and Stephanie Marvin, Coal Valley; grandchildren, Patrick, Elizabeth, Aaron
and Jacob; brother, Steve Zagorac, Lansing, Illinois.
Emily was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Dorothy Kiupelis. Online condolences
