| Ruby Deeds Ravenskeep, 65, of Milan, IL, died Saturday July 17, 2010, at Trinity, Rock Island.
Services are 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 201 E. 4th Ave, Milan. Inurnment will be at a later date. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Ruby was born July 18, 1944 in Brighton, IL, a daughter of Isaac Waller and Edna Simmons Waller.
She worked at Oscar Mayer in Davenort for 32 years, retiring in 2000. She later worked at Wal-Mart in Moline until retiring for health reasons.
Ruby enjoyed reading and in earlier years enjoyed owning and caring for horses.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Glidden, Milan, and Cynthia Christenson, and her husband Allan, Davenport; grandson, Brandon Glidden, Milan; sisters, Elaine Goodspeed, Carnegie, OK, Doris Foreshee, Hartman, CO and Amelia Cyriacks, Bridgeport, NB; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Ruby is preceded in death by her parents, daughters, Kelly Ann, and Susie Holt, brother, James Waller, sisters, Helen Lee and Kelly Martinez, and close friend, Shane Humphrey.
