| Etta J. Hoeltzner, 80, of Moline, died Thursday June 25, 2009, at Heartland Health Care Center, Moline.|
Services are 1:00 p.m. Monday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island, where visitation will be one hour prior to services. Burial will be at National Cemetery, Arsenal Island.
Etta J. Conwell was born December 24, 1928, in Brackenridge, PA, a daughter of Harry W. and Ida M. McConuha Conwell. She married Richard G. Hoeltzner on September 10, 1947 in Winchester, VA. He preceded her in death on March 26, 1977.
Etta was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was a wonderful cook.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Hoeltzner and Joan Anderson, both of Moline, and Jane Selvaggio, and her husband Michael, Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Gene Anderson III, Lee, IL, Amy Anderson, and her companion James Fuller, Milan, and Richard Anderson, and his wife Nicole, Coal Valley; great-grandchildren, Kiley and Mya Anderson, and Kaine and Keegan Fuller; sister, Geraldean Ambrose, Pennsylvania; brother, Melvin Conwell, Florida; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Etta was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son-in-law, Gene Anderson Jr., three brothers, and four sisters.
