| Donna R. Joseph, 77, of Moline, died Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island. A memorial service will be held at a later date in her home town of Carroll, Iowa. Ms. Joseph’s wishes where that her body be donated to the University of Iowa for anatomical study. Memorials may be made to Trinity Pathway Hospice. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030-7th Avenue is assisting the family with arrangements. Donna was born March 23, 1933 in Carroll, Iowa, the daughter of Joseph Heller and Matilda Hanson Heller. She married John Zimmer and later married James Joseph. Ms. Joseph worked as a Quality Assurance Merchandiser for Hormel Foods and later worked for United Township High School, East Moline. She was an avid bridge player and loved to cook, bake and sew. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Julia Curotto, Houston, Texas, Jayne and Kerry Wouters, Rock Island, Laura and Efren Hernandez, Silvis, John Zimmer, Rock Island, Kyle Zimmer, Bettendorf; grandchildren, Brandy, Levi, Joseph, Micah, Carlos, Ryan, Kristine, Jessica, Kyle II, and Kade; six great grandchildren; sister, Louise Hupp, Scranton, Iowa; brother, William Heller, Carroll, Iowa and several nieces and nephews.
