| Darrell L. Meeks, 54, of Milan, died Monday, September 27, 2010 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan is assisting the family with the arrangements. Darrell was born August 26, 1956 in Creston, Iowa, the son of William Meeks and Jean Hagenstein Meeks. Darrell worked as a warehouse laborer. Survivors include his sons, Dustin Meeks, Jason Meeks, Brandon Meeks; grandchildren, Maken-z, Camryn, D’Coda, William, C’Jay, Miles and Malakia; siblings, Gary Meeks, Shanna Thompson, Anita Lanxon; and his long time companion, Karin Whitney Online condolences may be left for the family at www.wheelanpressly.com | |
