Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday June 22, 2011 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island, Ill.
Interment: Wednesday June 22, 2011 at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline, Ill.

Patricia A. Hermann, 70, of Rock Island, died Sunday, June 19, 2011, at her home.

Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island. Burial is at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Trinity Pathway Hospice or to the Children’s Therapy Center, Moline.

Patricia Ann Brandt was born on August 5, 1940 in Rock Island, the daughter of Chester and Margaret Neal Brandt. She married Andrew Hermann on January 25, 1969 in Rock Island.

She worked many years at First National Bank of Rock Island.

Survivors include her husband, Andrew; daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Martin Mata Jr., Rock Island; and a grandson, Kyle Mata, Rock Island. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Wendy and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Wendy, I remember you mom as always so calm, and always smiling. I have memories of her letting us all pile in her Mustang when she would pick you up from Washington Jr. High and she would drop us each off at our corners near our houses.
