| Kay F. Kuder, 64, of Milan, died Friday, January 13, 2012 at her home. Service for Kay will be 1 pm Friday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 201 E. 4th Avenue, Milan. Visitation will be from 4pm to 7 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to the family. Kay F. Davis was born on August 21, 1947 in Centerville, Iowa, a daughter of George S. Davis and Fern M. (Bates) Davis. She married B.G. “Bill” Kuder on May 25, 1974 in Rock Island. Mrs. Kuder was a homemaker, earlier she had worked as a hair dresser. Her memberships include Grace United Methodist Church, Davenport and the Midwest Christian Ashram. She enjoyed crafts, singing and was very involved in her church. She also enjoyed going out for lunch with her sisters. Kay loved being with her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Bill; son and daughter in law, Steven and Kathryn Kuder, Silvis; grand daughters, Lauren, Kelly and Jessica; a grandson, Davis; sisters, June Spates, Rock Island, Judy and Jack Voss, Rock Island, Patty and Michael Thornton, Bagley, Wisconsin, and her twin sister, May and William Herron, Milan; and several nieces and nephews.
