Emily A. Muse, 28, of Davenport, formerly of Rock Island, entered into rest Friday January 4, 2019 after a sudden illness, surrounded by her family.
A Memorial service will be held at 11am Saturday January 12, 2019 at Trinity United Methodist Church, Milan, with a memorial lunch to follow at church. Visitation will be from 10am to service time at the church. Memorials may be left to the family.
Emily was born September 9, 1990 in Davenport, the daughter of Curtis Wiley and Tuesday Fedderson Neely. She married Nicholas Muse on April 18, 2014.
Emily’s greatest joy of all was being a mother to Maverick and Falon. She also enjoyed babysitting children, homeschooling, reading, Harry Potter, cooking, and most of all, her family. A friend to everyone she met, Emily loved helping others, and devoted a lot of her time being an advocate for people suffering from mental illness, counseling them on 7 Cups of Tea, an online emotional support group.
Survivors include her husband, Nicholas; son, Maverick; daughter, Falon; parents, Curtis (Randi) Wiley, Colona, Tuesday (Rick) Neely, Davenport; siblings, Benjamin (Joelle) Wiley, Davenport, Krysta (George) Youngblood, Reeds Spring, MO.; grandparents, Arlene (Bob) Wiley and Don and Janice Fedderson; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Darrell Wiley Sr.
