Jordan X. Morgan, Jr.

Jordan Xavier Morgan, Jr was born on May 19, 2017 in Peoria, IL and went home with the Lord on Friday September 8, 2017 at The University of Iowa Hospital. 

“Dearest baby Jojo", please know that our greatest blessing was having you.” Heaven’s gain was our loss when our angel was called home by our Lord. During baby Jordan's three-months on Earth, he blessed many lives and was deeply loved by family and friends. Baby Jordan will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his parents Jordan Morgan, Sr. and LaTyla Loudermilk—Paternal  Grandparents Marvin & Tissa Morgan of Davenport, IA—Maternal  Grandmother, Alisha Ware of Joliet, IL and two Great-Grandmothers, Regina Cornelious and Johnella Morgan. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

 Visitation will be held on Friday September 15, 2017 from 10:00 -11:00 am at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7th Ave, Rock Island Illinois.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am.  The Reverend Joseph D. Williamson III, Second Baptist Church, Rock Island Illinois will be presiding. Interment will follow at Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport Iowa.  

Jordan will always remain his parent’s precious baby, and they will hold him again in Heaven. If anyone would like to make a donation in Jordan's memory, please donate to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Peoria, IL.
