Pierre H Davis

Pierre H. Davis, 25, of Rock Island, died Sunday, August 6, 2017 in Davenport.  Services were private on Friday, August 11, 2017 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island.  Burial was at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island.  Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Pierre was born in Moline, Illinois on December 2, 1991, a son of Phyllis Davis and Edward Charles Gatewood.

Pierre last worked with his brother at HD Enterprises in Rock Island.

He enjoyed playing playstation, listening to music and being a funny guy.  He really loved spending time with his family, especially his three children.

Those left to cherish his memory include the love of his life, Shannon Crittendon, Rock Island; son, Raquis Davis; daughters, Cherish and Raquel Davis; mother, Phyllis Davis, Rock Island; siblings, LaRica, Howard (Katherine), Pierce, Charlia, Precious and Paris Davis, all of Rock Island; grandmother, Janet Lee, Rock Island; aunt, Tangela Franklin; uncle, Terry Davis; nieces and nephews, Ri'coyah Price, Rhyca Fullerlove, Howard Davis III, Kingslee Davis and Adrian Hicks; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father and best friend, Savon Johnson.
