Carol and Family
Was so very sorry when I opened up the paper and read of your Dads passing. We talked often on the phone & told him when we got back from Mayo Clinic, that we would come to see him. He was 'always so happy to talk to us. Your Dad and Mom were very special people to us and all of my family from the times in Taylor Ridge and Reynolds. I use to baby sit you in Reynolds. You and the family will be in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless Always

I had the great honor of helping Ralph at hme as one of his caregivers & I will truely miss him! He was a wonderful soul with a zest for life and a great sense of humor ) I only knew him a short time & always looked forward to seeing him. We talked about the foods he loved to cook & he was always wanting to share recipes 🤗 RIP Ralph

Carol and family,
Keith and I want to express our sorrow at Ralph's passing. Ralph and Vi were great neighbors to us for almost 30 years and it won't be the same without Lensers next door.

Carol, I'm so sorry.... Violet and I worked together for nine years and I learned a lot about Ralph. Your Mom loved him so deeply but still was able to say some pretty funny things about him when he irritated her! Please know that my thoughts are with you. Hang on to the wonderful memories and cherish the time you had with him. I know that Vi is so glad to finally have him back! They are both looking out for you and the family. Hugs!

I have been a Hospice Volunteer for Unity Point Hospice for many years and have had many patients. However, Ralph was special. For reasons unknown, we just seemed to hit it off. I felt honored to have been his Hospice volunteer. If I am ever lucky enough to get a hole-in-one, I hope it happens on Hole #17 at the Rock Island Arsenal Golf Club where Ralph got his hole-in-one. I know every time I step up to that tee, he will be looking down and pulling for me to get that ace. Rest in peace Ralph. Fondly, Mike Gahagan

I'm so sorry to learn about Ralph's passing. It seemed obvious to me when I saw him at Brent's service that his heart was just broken after losing those that he loved so deeply. Ralph was always very kind and charming to me, a real class act. I'm sorry for the loss to your family.

Carol and Laura,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you both at the passing of Ralph. We remember how happy he was at Laura and Roey’s wedding this summer. The joy of seeing Deere and family friends at the reception made him smile. That’s the way we will remember him.
Fondly, Ann and Joe

I worked with Ralph in the 80's at the John Deere Component Sales group. Ralph was a pleasure to work with and was always very professional and well respected by his co-workers. I enjoyed his sense of humor and appreciated his dedication and hard work. My sympathy to his family. Bryn Miller
