Vonnie S. Summers-White

 Vonnie S. Summers-White, 54, of Rock Island, passed away Monday June 11, 2018 in Rock Island.

 A memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island, with visitation one hour prior to services. Inurnment will be at Glenwood Cemetery, Coal Valley. Memorials may be made to the family to be designated later.

 Vonnie was born July 13, 1963 in Moline, a daughter of Lester W. Summers and Geraldine Large Summers. She graduated from Moline High School.  She married Eric M. White on July 13, 2016.

 Vonnie loved spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing bingo, listening to country music, going to the boats, and fireworks.

 Surviving are her husband, Eric, of Rock Island; children, Vona Summers, Moline, Joshua Blanchard (Sarah McRae), Moline, and Cynthia St. Clair, Rock Island; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Connie (James) VanRycke, Colona, Bonnie “Boo” Summers and Karen (“PeeWee”) Summers, all of Irving, Ill., and Fairy Kay Summers, Peoria, Ill.; brothers, Donald (Peggy) Summers, Milan and Ronald (Sherry) Summers and Johnnie Summers, all of Moline; and numerous nieces, nephews, and additional family.

 Vonnie was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Clifford Summers.
