Sympathy to Margaret and the extended family of Winnie.. I am the youngest brother to Breda, who was a great friend of Winnies. Like all of Breda's great American friends I would have met Winnie only occasionally. They are all fine people and will miss Winnie very much.
The words of the ballad "Galway Bay" would seem appropriate;
And if theres gonna be a life hereafter
And faith somehow I'm sure theres gonna be
I will ask my God to let me make my heaven
In that dear land across the Irish Sea

Tom and Phil Greene, Blarney, Ireland.

Thanks Tom, Phil and Breda.! So nice to know that her friends across her miles of travels stayed so close. Love the ballad! I'm sure she is smiling in heaven right now thinking about all of you!

Aunt Winnie loved the theatre! She was my number one fan for many years when I was performing in plays in Chicago. I could always count on seeing her in the audience with her friends. She was very supportive and a good aunt. She had a passion for the arts, travel, and lived life to the fullest!

Such a nice cousin. I always admired her and thought she was so sophisticated.

I remember Winnie with sincere affection. She was my StepDad, John Kales' sister. He loved her dearly. Gentle, bright and good natured is how I will remember Winnie.
