Angela M. Anders, age 50, of Rock Island, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Born in Rock Island, Illinois on February 2, 1975, Angela was the cherished daughter of John Coulter Jr. and Mary England. After her mother remarried, Angela was raised in the loving home of Mary and Steve Pedigo.  For many years, she dedicated her career to Nestle Purina in Davenport, where she made lasting friendships and shared her radiant smile.

Angela was truly a woman of many talents. Known for her culinary skills, she delighted family and friends with her incredible cooking, and her ability to crochet. She spent countless joyful hours walking through farmers' markets, always on the lookout for treasures that her family would enjoy.

Family gatherings were a hallmark of Angela's life; she had a knack for planning unforgettable get-togethers filled with laughter, love, and the perfect ambiance. Whether it was a spooky movie night complete with popcorn or cheering on her children at baseball and softball games, Angela's commitment to making memories was evident in all that she did. New Year's Eve parties hosted by Angela became legendary, as she transformed ordinary moments into cherished celebrations.

Angela's legacy will live on through her beloved children, Mayson Davis Sr. and Torianna (Gage Ruggles) Davis and her grandchildren, Malakai Gore, Mayson Davis Jr., and Mayjor Davis. She is also survived by her mother, Mary Pedigo; her loving sister, Amanda (Michael) DePaepe; and her cherished nephew, Michael "Mikey" DePaepe. Also surviving are her close family friends Tia (Charles) Linton and their children, Kayla, Tyree and Micah and Charlene (Tony) Madrid and their daughter, Shelby Dammann.  She was preceded in death by her father, John Coulter Jr., her step-father, Steve Pedigo and her sister, Katherine "Katie" Pedigo.

In a celebration of Angela's life, a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, located at 3030 7th Avenue, Rock Island. Prior to the service, loved ones will have the opportunity to gather during visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. that same day. Following the service, Angela will be honored with cremation rites, and committal services and inurnment will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline. The family invites those wishing to attend to meet at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday.
