Arlen L. Moens, 87, of Moline, died Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at home.  A graveside service will be 10 am Monday, September 25, 2023 at Rose Lawn Cemetery, Moline, Illinois.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, is assisting the family.

Arlen was born in Kewanee, Illinois on October 15, 1935, a son of Herman A. and Estelle Robinson Moens.

Arlen was a proud member of the IBEW local 145.  He worked as a journeyman electrician for many years.

Those left to cherish his memory include his special friend who was holding his hand and by his side when he passed away, Anne Sibley, Moline; son, James Moens, Rock Island; and grandsons, Peter, David and Jon Moens.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Glenna Mork.
