Barbara J. White, 60, of Rock Island, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2016 at her home. Services for Ms. White will be 11 am Friday, September 30, 2016 at Second Baptist Church, Rock Island. Barbara was born on April 1, 1956 in Jackson, TN., the daughter of Albert and Alice Jo Cobb White. Survivors include her mother; daughters, Tanisha White, Davenport, Esatorica White, Rock Island, Yolanda White, Davenport and a son, Quniton White, Davenport, 12 grandchildren; and eight siblings.
