Beverly Ann Harrison, 83, of Rock Island, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Aspen Rehab and Health Center, Silvis. Memorial services for Mrs. Harrison will be 11 am, Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Community Baptist Church, Andalusia. Private inurnment will be in the Rock Island National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Community Baptist Church. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan is assisting the family.

Beverly was born on July 4, 1938 in Ironton, Ohio, a daughter of Harry Barrows and Lucille (Spence) Barrows. She married Richard Harrison on May 17, 1964 in Rock Island. He preceded her in death on July 16, 2017. Beverly was a registered nurse at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island. She was a faithful and active member at Community Baptist Church, Andalusia, where she taught at the Christian school and was a Sunday school teacher at the church.

Survivors include a daughter, Sue Harrison, Rock Island; grandchildren, Kaleb Harrison-Smith and Tashia Harrison-Rasor; nephews, Tom Taner, David Taner.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard; and a sister, Mary Taner.
