Billie Jo Bargmann, 59, of Rock Island, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at Heartland Healthcare Center, Moline.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 E. 4th Ave, Milan.  Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Beulah Cemetery, Orion.  Memorials may be made to Gilda's Club or the ALS Foundation.

Billie was born on August 31, 1958 in Rock Island, the daughter of Thomas and Maureen (Day) Bickel.  She married Donald Bargmann Sr. on August 12, 1994 in Orion, he preceded her in death.  She worked as a legal secretary for Winstein, Kavensky, and Cunningham LLC.  Billie loved dancing and shopping, especially for shoes and clothing.  She was a friend to many and will be remembered by her infectious smile that always lit up the room.  Billie enjoyed having fun and living her life.

Billie is survived by her step children, Sue (Rick) Fristoe, Tucson, AZ, Donald L. (Jima) Bargmann Jr., Plymouth, WI, and Kelli (Dale) Miller, Milan; step grandchildren, Dane (Alyssa) Miller, Page (Andrew) Stark, Megan Miller, Kira Hahn, and CJ Richardson; step great grandchildren, Aiden and Ethan; cousins, Linda Logan, Cindy Sill, Mike DeLoose, Dan Day, and Diane Berg; and her uncle and aunt, Ray and Deloris Day.  She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
