Brandon D. McDuffie, 34, of Rock Island, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at UnityPoint Health-Trinity, Rock Island. Services for Brandon will be 12 pm, Friday at the Word of Life Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to the family. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island is assisting the family.

The wearing of mask and social distancing will be required.

Brandon was born on March 17, 1986 in Rock Island, a son of Larry Bolden and Yolanda Stokes. Brandon worked as a cook at various restaurants. He loved sports, joking around and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his son, Brandon McDuffie Jr., his parents; siblings, Yolanuis McDuffie, Khadija Stokes, Cortez Harris, Howard Davis, Eric Gibson, Chasity Gibson and Karman Bolden.
