Brett M. Mullin, 54, of Milan, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022, at his residence. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan. Memorials may be made to the family.

Brett was born on June 9, 1967, in Iowa City, Iowa, a son of Samuel Mullin and Elraine Sue Wagner. He married Rachel Lowther on March 1, 2022 after being together for 5 years. Brett worked for the Laborers' Local 309. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, watching movies, and blasting rock music.

Those left to cherish Brett's memory include his wife, Rachel; children, Tasha, Trey, and Shelby Mullin; father and stepmother, Samuel and Anna Mullin; aunt and uncle, Judy and Larry Prior; niece, Tina Mullin; nephew, Scotty Mullin; and several extended family members.

Brett was preceded in death by his mother; and brother, Scott Mullin.
