Caleb Zackery Hardy, 25, of Davenport, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus, Davenport. Services for Mr. Hardy will be 2 pm, Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Olivet Baptist Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 4 pm to 6 pm at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Private burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Caleb's family.

Caleb Zackery Hardy was born on January 16, 1998, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the son of Zackery and Mona (Neal) Hardy. Caleb graduated from Davenport Central in 2016 and he was pursuing a Degree in IT Cybersecurity from Scott Community College, he was to graduate next December. Mr. Hardy worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a Mail Carrier for over three years. Caleb was very proud of his career change and was loved by his coworkers. Caleb was a member of Calvary Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Davenport. He enjoyed soccer, cross fit training, reading, video games and he especially loved his dog, "Foxy Chic".

Caleb is survived by his parents, Zackery and Mona Hardy, Bettendorf; sisters, Sabrina Hardy, Little Rock, Arkansas, Lauren Hardy, Cedar Falls, Iowa; grandmother, Tammy (Alfonzo) Hill, Pine Bluff, Arkansas; aunts and uncles, Tari (Coby) Turner, Marisene Moreland, Phyllis Johnson, Ray Brown, Steven Neal, and a host of other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Caleb was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ethel Brown, Marvin Hardy, Gary Neal Sr.; an uncle, Gary Neal Jr.; and a cousin, Te`Janique Neal.
