Carissa "Peachz"Bailey, 32, of Rock Island, passed away Friday July 7, 2017 at her home.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 19th, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 - 7th Ave., Rock Island, and where visitation will be 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday. Inurnment will be at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family to be designated later.

Carissa was born September 11, 1984 in Moline, IL, a daughter of Quintin E. Bailey and Debra A. Marshall-Medlock

In addition to being a homemaker, Carissa worked in food service and cleaning. She was an avid San Antonio Spurs fan and enjoyed music and dancing. She was known for her colorful hair.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her mother, Debra Marshall -Medlock, Rock Island; father, Quintin Bailey, Davenport; children, Jendaya Bailey, JaShaun Bailey- Harris, JaRon Bailey-Harris, and Jaydrien Bailey-Jennings, all of Rock Island; sister and brothers, Tenisha Jackson, Rock Island and John Medlock IV, Texas and Quince'y Bailey, Clinton, IA ;  a host of aunts and uncles; and special friend, Gabe Pieczynski, Rock Island.

Carissa was preceded in death by her grandparents, sisters, Quintini and Tiffany Bailey, and brother, Quinten Bailey.
