Obituary
Chandra Bir Gurung, 71, of 1309 3rd St., Rock Island, died Saturday at home.
He will be cremated. Friends and family may meet at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday to follow to the crematory.
Chandra was born Jan. 1, 1944 in Bhutan. He came to the United States and Rock Island in 2012.
Survivors include his wife, Mon; sons, Moni, Nar and Dhan; daughters, Dog, Hari and Sita; several grandchildren; six brothers and a sister. He was preceded in death by his parnets and two brothers.
