Charles W. Henderson, 56, of Pleasant Valley, Iowa, passed away, Monday, November 16, 2015 at UnityPoint Health-Trinity, Bettendorf. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. As per Chuck's wishes cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to his family.

Charles was born on July 12, 1959 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a son of Deon Henderson and Beth Kleist Henderson. Chuck served in the U.S. Air Force, he was stationed in Turkey, Italy and Spain. Mr. Henderson was a network administrator for Midland Information Resources, Davenport. He later worked for Augustana College, Rock Island before his retirement in 2010. Chuck enjoyed fishing, cooking and antiquing. He was a member of the LeClaire American Legion Post No. 347.

Survivors include his spouse, Bette Schamp, Pleasant Valley; mother in law, Helen Schamp, Davenport; step son, Tyler Schamp, Pleasant Valley; siblings, Bruce (Ruth) Henderson, Boulder, CO., Amy Henderson, Washington D.C. and Jane Karth, Maple Grove, MN; several nieces and nephews; and a grand niece.
