Chelli L. Deitz, 67, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 in Rock Island.

A memorial service will be held at 2PM on Saturday, November 6th at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Inurnment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Chelli was born on November 17, 1953 in Moline, the daughter of Marcelino and Geraldine (Hull) Palos. She married Randolph Atteberry in 1982 and later separated. Chelli married Ronald Deitz on July 2, 2010 in Milan. Chelli worked as an administrative assistant for different profession enterprises, and was a classical guitarist. She loved spending time with family and friends, playing pool, and traveling.

Chelli is survived by her son, Luke Atteberry; granddaughter, Catherine Atteberry; brother, Marcelino (Diane) Palos Jr.; and sister, Charmi Palos. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
