Christina L. (Daligee) Capps, 54, of Coal Valley, passed away Wednesday October 1, 2014 at her home.

Memorial Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 11th, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan, where visitation will be one hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to the family to be designated later.

Christina was born October 26, 1959 in Rock Island, a daughter of Robert L. and Janice L. Bohatka Daligee. She attended Sherrard Schools, and graduated from Rock Island High School in 1977 and later graduated from Blackhawk College with an Associates Degree. She was married to Andy Capps for 14 years.

Christina was employed with Arrowhead Ranch for many years.

In earlier years, she was a member of the 4-H Club. She loved horses, gardening, and flowers. She enjoyed drawing and painting.

Surviving are her children, Cathleen Capps, East Moline, and Charly Capps, Coal Valley; grandson, Ethan Capps, Bettendorf; brother, Michael L. Daligee, Illinois; maternal grandmother, Blanche Bohatka, Rock Island; stepfather, Gary L. Sackfield, Coal Valley; stepmother, Carlene Daligee, Henderson, NV; stepbrother, Richard "Ricky" Sackfield, California; stepsisters, Terry Wollenberg, Milan, and Christine "Babe" Atherton, Henderson, NV; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Christina was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; maternal grandfather, Stanley Bohatka; father, Robert Daligee; mother, Janice Daligee Sackfield; and her infant sister, Susan Marie Daligee.
