Christine Ann Lage, 73, of Hampton, passed away on April 15, 2021 at Bickford Cottage, Moline.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Oak Grove Cemetery, Port Byron. Memorials may be left to the American Red Cross.

Christine was born on December 31, 1947 in Moline, the daughter of Floyd and Faye (Godfrey) Cox. She graduated from Rock Island High School in 1965. She later married Michael Lage of Rock Island.

Mrs. Lage had been employed at Rock Island High School for 32 years and also worked for the Village of Hampton.

Survivors include her sisters, Lucille Cox and Mae JoAnn Brooks, both of East Moline; nephews, Michael Brooks, New Liberty, IA, Scott Brooks, Phoenix, AZ; niece, Diane Long and nephews, Gary and Billy Cox, all of California. In addition to grand nephews, Bryler and Bryzyk Brooks of Phoenix and dear friends, Sandee and Lucy Cook of Rock Island.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Faye Cox of Rock Island; brother, Donald Cox of California and dear friend, Patricia Shean of Hampton.
