Claudia M. Griffin, 79, of Milan, passed away Monday, May 9, 2022 at UPH-Trinity, Rock Island.

Private funeral service will be held and burial will be at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island.  Memorials may be sent in Claudia's memory to QC Paws or to the Quad City Animal Center, Milan.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan, is assisting the family with services.

Claudia was born on June 16, 1942 in Rock Island, the daughter of Leonard A. and Hazel C. (Hanne) Betcher.  She married Ronald Griffin on June 6, 1964 in Rock Island.  Claudia enjoyed doing crafts, crocheting, needle work, and sewing.  She was an avid Chicago Bears fan.  Claudia loved her cats and collecting cat figurines.  She cherished her time spent with her family.

Claudia is survived by her children, Christine (Randall) DeVoss, Rock Island and Marc (Dana) Griffin, Coal Valley; grandchildren, Seth Lubben, Rock Island, Sara (Adam) Bebernes, Oskaloosa, IA, and Sydney Griffin, Kansas City, MO; and great grandchild, Harley Marie Bebernes.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Griffin and her parents.
