Colene E. Mohr, 85, of Rock Island, passed away Monday January 26, 2015 at Unity Point, Trinity, Rock Island.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan, IL, with visitation one hour prior to services. Entombment will be at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island.
Colene was born November 12, 1929 in Downing, MO, a daughter of Earl and Josephine Erwin Derigo. She was previously married to Carl T. Mathes and later to Mel Mohr.
Colene had worked at Eagle Signal, Davenport, and later for Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
She was an avid reader, and enjoyed reading the "Daily Word". She also enjoyed shopping and in earlier years traveling.
Surviving are her daughters, SuzAnn Lenz, Coconut Creek, FL and Sandra Sharp, Palm Harbor, FL; grandchildren, Zach Lenz and Logan (Stacey) Lenz; all of Florida; sister, Joan Westmoreland, Rock Island; special niece, Linda Rusk, and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Colene was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Carol Davis; and her brother, Brad Bradford.
