Curtis E. Lee, 61, of Rock Island, passed away Monday, October 5, 2026 at UP Trinity, Rock Island.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 9, 2026 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030-7th Avenue, Rock Island with visitation one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Burial will be at National Cemetery, Rock Island with military honors. A memorial fund will be established.

Curtis was born December 9, 1964 in Geneseo, the son of Robert E. and Barbara (Fronk) Lee. He married Rosaland Bloom on December 8, 1984 in Rock Island.

Curtis was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was the Owner/Operator of Lee Brother’s Express, Inc.

Curtis enjoyed fishing, playing Guitar Hero, listening to music, playing pool and most of all he loved spending time with his family especially his beloved dog, Thor

Survivors include his wife, Rosaland; children, Miranda Lee, Rock Island, Erica Michelle Lee, Rock Island, Shain (Amy) Lee, Rock Island Steven Lee, Rock Island; grandchildren, Alijah, Mackenzie, Devin, M.J., Jocelyn, Aliviannah, Steven Jr. and Sariah; mother, Barbara Lee; brother, Robert E. (Pam) Lee, III, Milan; sister-in-law, Crystal Lee, Milan and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Lee, Jr. and brother, John R. Lee.
