Curtis R. Patterson Sr., 71, of Davenport passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024 at home.

Cremation rites have been accorded and Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island is assisting the family.

Curtis was born on June 28, 1952 in Ullin, IL, a son of John Lee and Rosie Lee (Moore) Patterson. He worked in maintenance for many years before retiring.

Those left to cherish Curtis' memory include his children, Tanitia Patterson, Curtis Patterson Jr. and Tara Patterson; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; siblings, John (Shelia) Patterson Jr., Donald Patterson, Rosalyn Malone, Regina (Albert) Stewart and Karen Patterson; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Curits was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ethel McGee; and brother, Ernest Patterson.
