Cynthia A. "Cindy" Flack, 82, of Reynolds, died Sunday, January 7, 2018 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.  Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 801 W. Edgington St., Reynolds.  Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Reynolds Cemetery.  Memorials may be made in care of the Reynolds American Legion Women's Auxiliary or Gloria Dei Presbyterian Church, Rock Island.
Cynthia was born in Macomb, Ill. on June 10, 1935, a daughter of Marvin and Vona Nelson Frakes.  She was raised and educated in the Rock Island School District.  She married Kenneth Flack on October 25, 1953 in Rock Island.
Cynthia was employed 13 years at McCabes Department Store, Rock Island. She finished her career as a teller at Reynolds State Bank after 28 years.
Cynthia has been a member and current elder at Gloria Dei Presbyterian Church, Rock Island, for 59 years.  She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Andalusia Lodge and past president of the Reynolds American Legion Women's Auxiliary for 20 years.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Kenneth Flack, Reynolds; children, Bradley (Karen) Flack, East Moline and Michelle (Jerry) Baker, Abingdon, Ill.; grandchildren, Mike (Nicole) Flack, Kristine (Matthew) Lumb, Matthew (Angie) Stegall, MacKenzie (Kaitlyn) Flack, Casey Flack, Connor Flack and Cameron Flack; and great-grandchildren, Miles, Halley and Leo Flack, Lily and Anthony Lumb and Asa and Avery Stegall.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Kimi Flack.
