Daniel H. Hall, 62, of Reynolds, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at his home after battling esophageal cancer.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 am on Friday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Andalusia. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 am to 10:45 am at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Reynolds. Burial will be in the Reynolds Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family for a charity fund that will be established later.

Daniel was born on September 30, 1962, in Festus, MO., a son of George and Delora (Reynolds) Hall. Dan graduated from Rock Ridge High School. He later graduated from Black Hawk College with his degree in tool design. He married Jo Ellen McDow in Milan.

Dan was a tool designer for Getz Industries, Milan. He had previously worked for Hon Industries, Muscatine.

Dan was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Andalusia. He enjoyed fishing and going to auctions. Danny was the type of person who would help anyone in need.

Survivors include his parents, George and Delora Hall, Reynolds; his spouse, Jo Ellen Hall, Silvis; stepdaughter, Taylor; step grandchildren, Jayda, Mattix, Vaughn, and Toland; siblings, Randy Hall, Preemption, Cheryl (Sam) Petersen, Andalusia, Tom (Vicky) Hall, Reynolds, and Gina (Chris) Rowe, Reynolds; and 12 nieces and nephews; and his caregivers, Gordon and Kayla Graves.

Dan was preceded in death by a son, Steven Hall; a stepdaughter, Jordon; and a sister-in-law, Wanda Hall.
