Obituary
Darlene McBride Coulibaly, 52, formerly of Rock Island, died Friday, April 15, 2016 in Missouri.
Funeral services are Noon Friday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation is 11 am until service time Friday at the funeral home. Burial is at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island.
Darlene was born July 19, 1963 in Caruthersville, Mo., a daughter of Hollis McBride Jr. and Ruthie Owens.
Survivors include her mother, Ruthie Owens, Davenport; daughters, Yvonne Jackson, Davenport and Daichavonne McBride, Texas; son, Zaquentay McBride, Omaha, Neb.; eight grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Michael, Sharon, Juanita, Darrell and Trina McBride, all of Davenport and Fred Irons, Chicago; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Hollis; daughter, Nashicka McBride; and a grandson.
