David L. Mosley, 45, of Rock Island, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022, at his residence.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Georgia. Services can also be viewed via livestream at www.wheelanpressly.com/live-stream. Memorials may be made to the family.

David was born on October 17, 1977 in Germany, the son of Dennis Mosley and Judy Pippenger. He kept himself busy doing side jobs, such as taking care of lawns or anything that people needed an extra hand with. David loved spending time with his family and cat, 8 Ball.

David is survived by his father, Dennis Mosley; mother and step father, Judy (Richard) Pippenger; daughter, Kailey; siblings, Cynthia (Mike) Pearson, Don (Donna) Duff, Tim Deneve, and Janet Mosley; and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
