Debra D. "Deb" Garner, 49, of Rock Island, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 7, 2016, at her home.   Memorial Service will be 2:00pm Friday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island. Greeting of family and friends will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made in care of the family.  Deb was born February 9, 1967 in Elaine, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Alberta "Vick" Holmes and the late Fred Garner.  Surviving are her children; Lakisha Randle, Lemarera Randle, and a son Darryl Shears: 8 grandchildren; brother Willie Fred Scales; sister Debra Govain; companion Richard Bellmon.
