Dolores E. Bowman, 73, of Milan, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at Hope Creek Nursing Center, East Moline.

Visitation will be held from 4 PM - 7 PM on Friday, March 13, 2015, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan. Burial will be at Friedens Cemetery, St. Louis, MO. Memorials may be made to the family.

Dolores was born May 20, 1941 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Clarence and Ursula (Crunk) Gaugh. She married Edmond Bowman in December 1985 in Moline. Dolores worked as a custodian for East Moline Public School District until her retirement. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, painting, watching movies, collecting turtles and dining out at restraunts.

She is survived by her daughter Tracy (Don) Williams, Minneapolis, MN; son-in-law, Donald Lannen, East Moline; grandchildren, Donnie (Sara) and David (Summer) Lannen, Zachary and Isabella Williams; 11 great grandchildren; brother, Robert (Joyce) Gaugh; nieces and nephews, Patricia Kopp, Tracy Gaugh, Robert (Erin) Gaugh, Jeffrey Gaugh, and Debbie Massie; and 5 great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Edmond Bowman; her parents; daughter, Cindy Lannen; and her brother Jerry Gaugh.
