Donald E. Sullivan, 83, of East Moline, formerly of Moline, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016 at UnityPoint Health-Trinity, Rock Island. Services for Mr. Sullivan will be 1 pm, Friday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home & Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial fund that will be established at a later date.

Don was born on July 8, 1932 in Colona, the son of Kenneth and Mabel Bartz Sullivan. He married Lois Anderson on March 20, 1954 in Moline. She preceded him in death on November 25, 2001. Don worked at the John Deere Parts Depot, East Moline for many years, retiring in 1986. After his retirement Don worked as the custodian at First Lutheran Church, Rock Island. He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moline.

Survivors include his children and (spouses), Brian (Tammy) Sullivan, Moline, Tony (Ruth) Sullivan, Milan, and Roxann (John Griffin) Sullivan-Griffin, Moline; 15 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
