Donna J. Hansen , 60, of East Moline, passed away Sunday August 8, 2021 at Genesis- Illini Campus, Silvis, IL.

A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 13, at Bethel Church, 3535 38th Ave., Rock Island, with visitation 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday at the church. Inurnment will be at a later date. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island, is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to the family to be designated later.

Donna was born August 8, 1961 in Kansas City, MO, a daughter of Richard Harris and Frances Biswell Harris. She married William "Bill" R. Hansen on November 1, 1980 in Missouri.

Donna was a manager for Hardee's in Moline. Previously she was a manager for Chick-fil-A at South Park Mall, Moline. In earlier years in Missouri, she worked in the school cafeteria and also for Wal-Mart.

She was a member of Bethel Church, Rock Island, and had taught Sunday School at the church. She enjoyed many activities at the church and her church family. Some of her favorite times were those spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, visiting family in Missouri and baking.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Bill, of East Moline; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa Jean and Marcus Holden, East Moline; granddaughters, Abygail Severens and Brittany Holden, both of East Moline; brother and sister-in-law, William Earl and Jackie Harris, Garden City, MO; sisters, Lori Holt, Kansas City, MO, Gail Morrow, Adrian, MO and Nancy Vore; many nieces, nephews and other family; and brothers-in-law, Chuck and Daniel Hansen.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents.
