Donna M. Leffler, 76, of Milan, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 at UPH-Trinity, Rock Island.  Per her wishes cremation rites will be accorded.  Private family services will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island.  Memorials may be sent to ARC of the Quad Cities in her memory.

Donna was born on October 18, 1939 in Metropolis, IL, the daughter of Ferris and Lena (Mecher) James.  Donna was an avid reader and loved taking care and spending time with people, especially her grandchildren.

Donna is survived by her husband, James Leffler; children, Scott (Marcia) Coyne, Shari Coyne, Lisa (Pat) Carroll, Danita (Steven) Appel, Shana (Keith) Fuller, and Eric James; grandchildren, Sarah, Andrea, Ashley, Jenna, Connor, Cody, Drew, Hunter, Mason, Lena, and Jesse; great grandchildren, Anthony, Cole, Braelynn, Sophia, Kaiden, and Jayce; sister, Wanda Carnes; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, George, Doris, Margaret, Ina, Carol, and Bill.
