Donna J. Wildermuth, 78, of Milan, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at UPH-Trinity, Rock Island after a valiantly fought battle with cancer.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan.  Per her wishes cremation will follow visitation, with a private burial at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island.  Family has requested that people dress in casual attire for visitation.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rock Island County Animal Shelter (QC Paws), Moline or the Quad City Animal Welfare Center, Milan.

Donna was born on June 11, 1939 in Rock Island, the daughter of Lester and Esther Clark Wildermuth.  She retired as an assembler at Red Jacket Manufacturing.  Donna enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and dogs.

Donna is survived by her lifelong partner, Nancy Stolley, Milan; children, Doug and Greg Stolley; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Taylor Hendrix), Maggie, Heidi Stolley; brother, Bob (Jeanette) Wildermuth, Blue Grass, IA; sister-in-law, Janet (Roger) Kirkpatrick; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and 2 great-great nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Ron and James Wildermuth.
